The villa model NEVIS is available in Phase1 and 2. These villas will be built in pairs (two villas under one roof), with a total of 12 villas.

Each NEVIS villa has a living area of 91,3 m², plus a parking space and entrance walkway totaling 24 m², giving a combined total area of 115,3 m². The villas are built on 200 m² plots.
